I trained with Eric for a 90 day period. My goals were to lose body fat, improve my body composition and overall health. I suffered from hypertension and was on medication for years. I also had pain in my shins when I tried to use the treadmill. During the 90 day period, I worked out on my own 3-5 days a week and I trained with Eric 2-3 sessions a week.
I ended up lowering my blood pressure to the point where I stopped taking the medication. The pain in my shins disappeared. My peak weight loss during the 90 days was 18lbs. My peak body fat reduction was from 21.7% to 17.5%. I was able to wear old outfits that I wasn’t able to fit into for quite some time. My belly disappeared and I became lean and toned. My lean muscle mass and overall strength improved dramatically. People made positive comments about how I looked and asked me what I was doing. I had energy and felt great all of the time. I never starved or went without eating. In fact, I couldn’t eat enough.
