Many have asked me how I came about my name Ravenconscious.
So I have decided to write the answer here.
Many cultures have many beliefs of what the raven represents
to them. On A more personal basis the raven to me is more of a totem.
Me and my husband (Reikihorse) have no set belief. Our belief system
is always evolving as we grow and learn on this path the Great Spirit
blessed us with. My belief system is very eclectic and includes many
cultural influences but are more influenced by life experiences among
other things. For me the raven represents an animal totem and is a navigator
of the underworld (inner world) within me. Raven has shown me how to navigate
my inner world and heal wounds that subconcsciously are dormant in my
inner world. As I have moved within my inner world things subconscious become
conscious. Once I am conscious of these trama's, wounds, bad traits, good traits,
(yinyang), I am able to embrace them with non attached emotion and observance
and then release them and heal. So The raven (healer) brings things to the
conscious and helps me heal. So I am forever conscious of the Raven (healing)
occuring within me. Thus, comes forth the name
